Thanksgiving Card

004My sister and I made some Thanksgiving cards for my Church, and I really thought this stamp from Flourishes was so festive.   I used my Copics to color the indian corn, YR30 for the yellow kernels, and C7, E29, and R59 for the darker kernels.  The corn husks are YR0000 with a little E31 for the lines.  The little pumpkin colored flowers are YR15 with a dot of R59, and G99 for the stems.  I cut it out using Spellbinders Labels 8 and the background paper is from Recollections.  Then I tied it with some raffia ribbon!  I am so grateful to God for the many blessings that  I have!  I wish you all a wonderful Thanksgiving!  “Be Good!”  Debbie

Die-Versions Angel Card

024Hi,  My Sister gave me this Build an Angel die from Die-Versions, and I love it!!  It is  so easy to use, and there are various angels that you can pick to die cut.  It is great to use up those little scraps of paper you have lying around.  Once I built my angel, I put her on a floral doily oval from Spellbinders.  The paper is from Recollections.  The sentiment is stamped with Memento ink and is from Taylored Expressions.  “Be Good!”  Debbie

Spellbinders Build-a-wreath card

018The Spellbinders Build-a-wreath set makes such a pretty card and is so easy to use.  I cut my wreath out of Core’dinations paper and sanded it a bit.  Then I attached some of the leaf parts using dimensional adhesive.  The poinsettias are from the Memory Box die set, Small Blooming Poinsettias .  I cut them out of flocked red ribbon, like that used in Christmas bows.  I used rhinestones for the centers of the flowers and for a little added sparkle to  the pine branches.  The paper is from American Crafts.  Feeling Festive?  “Be Good!”  Debbie

Christmas Card featuring Our Daily Bread “The Babe”

Hi,   I love this stamp set from Our Daily Bread , “The Babe”.  Jesus is the reason for the season!  I stamped it using Expresso Truffle ink by Memento, and colored it with Copic markers.  I used E 50 and 51 for the skin, E 31 and 33 for the manger, and Y30 with E31 for the hay and straw.  I used B000 for the swaddling clothes.  The background paper is from Anna Griffin (I love it) and the ribbon was in my stash.   I am just getting my Christmas Mojo on, so will try and feature one of my faves every couple days or so.  “Be Good!”  Debbie

Cool Reindeer Christmas Card

014I love this cool reindeer stamp from Crackerbox Palace!  I colored him with Copic markers E35, E33 for his antlers, R11 for the ears, 100 for his cool shades, and R27 for his nose and scarf.  I used black gel pen to go over his sunglasses and Glossy Accents to accent his nose.   The paper is from Recollections. The sentiment is “Have a cool yule!”       “Be Good!”  Debbie
