Happy New Year’s Eve! Here is my card for you today! This is a digital stamp from Dearie Dolls called “Shaken not *HIC* Stirred.” ( and it’s free!!!) The little mouse is colored with Copic markers, C 1 and 2, his tux with C 5 and 7, the olive with YG67 and R 27, and the glass with B0000 and B000. I colored the confetti with Wink of Stella. Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us. (KJV) Merry Christmas! “Be Good!” Debbie
It’s almost here! Santa is already delivering presents throughout the world! This stamp is from Our Daily Bread called Joy Tree, although I think it is no longer available. I stamped the tree in Pearlescent Ivy Memento ink, and then just glued sequin stars where the stars appeared on the stamped image. Then added gold and green background paper. May you have a blessed Christmas Eve! Jesus is the Reason for the Season! “Be Good!” Debbie
Hi, I am back today with a fun card using Clearly Besotted Stamps. The set is called Merry Kissmass. It was a pretty simple card to make. I stamped the mistletoe branch in Northern Pine Memento ink, and the sentiment is heat embossed with clear embossing powder in Memento Lady Bug. All I did then was add the ribbon and the pearls for the mistletoe berries. The sentiment inside is Merry Kissmass. There are several cute sentiments in the set, along with a string and a ribbon stamp if you choose to use them. Only 3 more days till Christmas! Are you ready? “Be Good!” Debbie
Hi, back to Christmas Cards again! Only 5 more days till Christmas!!! Today’s card comes from the Essentials by Ellen Set called E’lfd. If you are an Elf on the Shelf fan, you will love this set. There are several elves in different positions, along with a lot of fun sentiments. I chose the traditional sitting elf. He is colored with Copics R27 and 29, E00 E01, E29 for his hair, and a little C00 to color the white trim. The paper is from American Crafts. I added a little pompom to his hat also. Here is another version using different paper:
The little elves are busy at my house and I am sure at yours too! “Be Good!” Debbie
Hi, I am here today with my second and final card for the Winter/Holiday Coffee Lovers Bloghop. I wanted to do a card with coffee and cookies for Santa.
The paper I used is from Doodlebug, the Sugarplums collection. The cup and sentiments are from My Favorite Things (Hug in a Mug for the Stamps and Hot Cocoa cups for the die.) The cookies are an old Quikkutz die, and the plate is from My Favorite Things also. (Zig Zag oval) The little tag is from the Mama Elephant Mini Messages set. The candy cane is a little chenille pipe cleaner I had in my stash. Thanks for checking in with me today, my Christmas Card preview will continue on Sunday. Wishing you all the blessings of Christmas! “Be Good!” Debbie
It’s time for the Winter/Holiday Coffee Lovers Bloghop! It’s a fun showcase of cards for coffee, tea, and hot cocoa lovers. Here is my card for today:
I had in mind a cup of Christmas tea when I designed this. The cup is from Simon Says Stamp, it has the cup, spoon, and little sugar cube dies with it. I used American Crafts foil paper for the cup and spoon, and used clear Wink of Stella to make the cubes look shimmery. The sentiment is from Verve, a free digital set that they are offering called Cup of Kindness. I used my computer to change the color of the sentiment to match the card. I love this set, thank you Verve! I used Spellbinder floral ovals to cut it out. The poinsettia is from Memory Box and I cut it out with a sparkly flocked ribbon I got at a garage sale. The leaf is also from flocked ribbon. I love the look and the feel when you use it! The background paper is from Bo Bunny called the Silver and Gold Collection. A few rhinestones for accent and there you have it. Make sure you check out all of the talented people participating in the bloghop! “Be Good!” Debbie
