Merry Christmas Perrysburg!

Hi again! During the summer I showed you some cards that I made for our city’s Bicentennial.  I decided to made some Christmas cards also.

img_9798 img_9799 img_9837 img_9838 img_9914  For all of the cards I used Taylored Expressions dies, Jolly Old St Nick, Do You Wanna Build a Snowman, Little Bits Christmas Confetti, and Eventful, Night Before Christmas. The Santa and sleigh is a stamp from Hero Arts.   I used Perrysburg colors, added a little shimmer on the trees,  and twine from Trendy Twine.  You could do this for your town too, and just customize as you would like.  The sentiments I just typed and printed them out on my computer.   Merry Christmas everyone!

14563526_10153989295577694_2577593519120737930_nHello!  It’s snowing here in Ohio, so we are feeling the Christmas sprit!  It is also time for the Winter Coffee Lovers Bloghop, a papercrafting celebration of all things coffee, tea, and of course hot chocolate!  I have a fun card for my entry today:

The stamp set is from Jane’s Doodles, called Mr and Mrs Claus.  I colored Santa with my Copics using R27 and 29, G05 and 07, C00, C05 and 07, E00, E01 and 02 and for his nose I used R21.  Then I fussy cut him and placed him on the card with the Peace Script die cut  from Taylored Expressions.
Please check out all of the great cards and projects  featured in this bloghop!  Wishing you all peace and love this Christmas!  “Be Good!” Debbie

Ohio State/Michigan Game

Today is always a big day in this part of the country, because it is the big football rivalry between Ohio State and Michigan.  These are my cards honoring the rivalry:

The stamp set for the sports fan is from Craft Lounge, I don’t think they are available anymore.  The background paper for each school and the stickers are  licensed.  And here is a card for my Husband, whose favorite team is Notre Dame.

Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!  I wanted to share two Thanksgiving cards that I made this year:

A Pilgrim Man and Woman!  Easy and fun to make, without using stamps.  I did use a couple of dies , Curved Matting Dies and Layered Squares from Spellbinders and I used an Anna Griffin embossing folder for the pleats on the apron called Fancy Folded Box Pleated Border.  Wishing you many blessings this Thanksgiving!  “Be Good!”  Debbie

Fall Coffee Lovers Bloghop

untitled

Happy Fall everyone!  It’s time for the Fall Coffee Lovers Bloghop a celebration of all things coffee, tea, and cocoa!

I have a fun card for my contribution today:

img_9820A cute little scarecrow friend!  I used a circle die to cut his head out, and used my circle punches for his cheeks and eyes.  His outfit and hat were just made up as I went along, and I used my fringe scissors to make the straw. His arm folds over the front to hold the cup.   The cute sentiment and cup  are from Taylored Expressions, called Joe to Go.   I used Memento Morrocan ink to stamp the sentiment.  The little sunflower is from Spellbinders and I used a circle punch for the center of the flower. I used gel pens for the stitching on his bib overalls, patch, smile,  and for the center of the sunflower.  The patterned paper is from the Heartland Farm collection by American Crafts.

Hope you enjoy my card!   Be sure to hop along on the bloghop and see all the talented contributors, the creativity is amazing!  Grab a cup of coffee while you are hopping too!  Thanks to Amy Tsuruta, the blog hostess, to the Design Team and to all the wonderful sponsors!   “Be Good!” Debbie
